Tutorial: Mixing & Mastering
I get loads of questions as to my mixing/mastering methods so I thought it was time to do a video about those and some other recording-related stuff.

THIS VIDEO IS PRETTY OLD AND I DO NOT MIX THIS WAY THESE DAYS.

All Templates And Patches Can Be Downloaded Free At My Website!

I use the REAPER editing software. Its cheap and VERY powerful!

  2. amazing man, did u do all that by yourself?? WOW, can you do it for me too
? I live in Europe, but I can pay for your boat ticket..? Ha ? What do you
    say..

  3. HPF = High Pass Filter, means that the Filter allows High Frequencies to
Pass through the Filter unfiltered while Filtering the Low Frequencies,
    hence HIGH PASS FILTER.

LPF = Low Pass Filter, means that the Filter allows the Low Frequencies to
Pass through the Filter unfiltered while Filtering the High Frequencies,
    hence LOW PASS FILTER.

    Hope this helps. :)

  4. Can I ask why you aren’t in Logic Pro X? Is it just because this video is 3
    years outdated?

  5. would you be able to master my tracks if i send you the files please? i
    have a slight learning disabillity,thanks

  6. Thanks a lot dude. I know I’m three years late but you really helped out.
My mixes sound 10x better using your techniques.

  7. is this it ? Mastering and mixing is nothing but creating the same tracking
panning them left and right ? and applying some plugins and stuff ? Sorry
but i am new to this !

  8. Hey there Ryan.. Got a question? Do you record your “Guitar track’s” (Left
& Right) in Mono? Or in Stereo, to get that double Stem? Thank you!

  9. Hi Ryan, thank you for the videos! When you are recording guitars and bass
you set low gain levels in the interface or always on 0db and put -6db in
master fader? Sorry the bad english, i am brazillian! :D

  10. Amazing work on this channel. You got skills. Let me know when you upload
fresh clips, maybe we can help in some way.
